Global Real Estate AdvisorWith roots that started with her family as original owners in Rosemary Beach back in 1996, Chelsey has been immersed in the growth of the 30A area over the last 25 years. Chelsey grew up just outside New Orleans but left the Gulf Coast to earn a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia. She taught Pre-Calculus in a Dallas area high school for several years before relocating her family to the Emerald Coast full-time.
She has found her passion in helping people realize the dream of ownership here at the beach.
As the owner of a local vacation rental business, Chelsey is able to share her expertise in vacation rentals with her clients, bringing valuable first-hand knowledge to the table. Chelsey and her husband Mike have been blessed with three beautiful children and enjoy life on the bay. A lifelong equestrian and water enthusiast, Chelsey can often be caught out at the barn with her four-legged children, or enjoying a day on the water with her family. She enjoys spending time with her church family and loves to garden as well, when time allows!
