Richard is an amazing real estate professional! He is dedicated to his clients and goes above and beyond to get to know their needs in a home. He is exceptionally well informed and is committed to finding the perfect fit for each client. He thinks outside the box and encourages clients to understand all their options. His impressive work ethic and keen ability to find the right home for the right client allowed us to find a home that we previously might have just dreamed about. I would recommend Richard to anybody looking for a home of 30A. He was easy to work with and provided service beyond what you expect from a real estate agent. Richard knew that we were buying our home as a vacation rental so he reached out to several property management companies for initial projections and then arranged for us to meet with them before we closed. He really helped us through the entire process. As far as his responsiveness, I gave him 5 stars because it didn't allow me to give more. I asked him a ton of questions during our search and he always got me answers quickly and he was never impatient with me. I think the most impressive thing is this level of service didn't end after we closed. I have called him several times for help after we closed and he is just as helpful and responsive as he was before we closed. I would absolutely recommend Richard to any friends or family that were thinking about buying a home.

Richard listed his own home on Zillow when he was not yet in Real Estate. He was selling it FSBO. It is a wonderful home along 30-a. He and I negotiated terms and worked out the appropriate arrangements for the sale. He managed working with a closing company on 30a and helped me to work with them to get earnest money in and to wire final funds to close. The inspection process was simple as it was a new home. He is knowledgeable about many areas along 30-a. Grady Elder was a big help in this transaction too.
